VendorAssessments is a set of three stand alone yet complementary applications that characterize a supplier’s performance and suitability for your business. These applications are Profile, Metrics and Scorecard.

Profile

Profile is a relational database being developed to contain information on thousands of suppliers. The information provided includes the supplier’s answers to due diligence questions concerning company size, structure, policies, practices and financial performance. Quality audit reports are also provided when available.

Metrics

The Metrics application provides supplier scores on a number of performance dimensions and supports the gathering of data on supplier performance. Key stakeholder (Operations, Designers, etc) opinions about a supplier’s performance and service can be captured for feedback purposes.

Scorecard (Coming soon)

Scorecard is an interactive application for summarizing and sharing information with suppliers about their performance, available business opportunities and areas of concern that need attention.  An open action item tracking feature is included in this application.
