Job Description

Lytica is looking for a Full Stack Software Developer who loves the challenge of the fast-paced start-up world, to work with the product team to help design and build our product offering and delivering high quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate requirements, design, and propose potential solutions for a wide range of software solutions in Lytica’s SaaS platform
• Develop code for new products, features, debug, and fix bugs through development tasks
• Be a strong advocate for adherence to standards and best practices.
• Create technical specifications and documentation for any new product and features
• Work effectively with the product management and management on estimating resourcing and effort requirements for upcoming projects and implementations that include software development components
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Proficient experience with backend development (node.js, java, spring boot)
• Proficient experience with REST API
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts, practical experience in any build system or platform like Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub
• Experience with cloud computing services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Angular)
• Familiarity with Big Data is an asset
• Ability to shift focus as objectives and priorities change
• Ability to pick up new technologies and ecosystem components quickly, and establish their relevance, architecture, and integration with existing systems

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related technical field or an equivalent combination of work experience and certifications
• 5+ years of experience developing web-based, SaaS or enterprise applications
