Lytica’s team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join our Product Innovation and Technology team. We are looking for self driven and high-energy individual with a good analytical mind and passion for quality. In this role, you would develop and implement quality systems and test procedures to fulfill Product Quality standards and customer expectations. You will implement a document control and change management system, collect, and analyze data from multiple sources, create and maintain quality dashboards and communicate your findings to various stakeholders within our organization. As a Quality Engineer, you will be working individually and with our expanding Technology and Quality teams. The Quality Engineer will play a key role in analyzing successes/failures, providing ongoing feedback, and recommending improvements. Their success will have a significant impact on the growth of our business through improved process and product quality.
- Develop and implement Quality processes and test procedures to fulfill Product Quality standards and customer expectations.
- Implement a document control and change management system.
- Perform quality checks and mitigate defects by applying preventative measures.
- Produce and maintain Quality Metrics
- Analyze and present data on a regular basis
You are an ideal fit for this position if:
- 3 or more years experience working as a Quality Engineer
- Understands product, process and software
- Knowledge and experience with Quality processes including documentation control
- Ability to analyze and present data
- Statistical knowledge including Statistical process control
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience in Python and Java an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well independently and with a team
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Quality Engineering Management and/or
- Certification in Quality Engineering
