Every negotiation is about leverage. The Negotiation Savings View classifies leverage savings opportunities into four levels:

Introducing the Market Price Alignment Module

The new Market Price Alignment (MPA) module, available as part of the Negotiator solution, it draws on the data from a Spend Benchmarking analysis and puts your part-level pricing into real market context.

For each MPN, MPA shows the target price range your organization should expect based on performance, alongside your current price at the time of analysis. Grey zones highlight the appropriate target range, while line indicators show whether you’re in range, below, or running high.
