Job Description

As our Director of Marketing, you’ll build and scale our demand generation engine, leading ABM, field marketing (events/webinars), and high-impact content programs. You’ll drive results, manage agencies, and accelerate pipeline growth—this role is ideally suited for a self-starter, SaaS veteran who thrives under pressure and delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & ABM

  • Architect and run a full-funnel demand generation plan: field events, webinars, email, digital, and partner campaigns.
  • Lead field marketing programs—from planning to execution—ensuring high-quality lead flow.
  • Drive account-based marketing activities with Sales to target, engage, and convert key strategic accounts.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Own the content marketing strategy and calendar, overseeing the creation of thought leadership, product content, social posts, sales enablement materials, and campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and third-party writers/agencies to produce high-quality content tailored to buyer personas and the customer journey
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints, aligned with Lytica’s brand and voice.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Select, manage, and evaluate external marketing agencies and contractors across creative, content, event logistics, and digital marketing.
  • Ensure deliverables meet objectives, timelines, and budget expectations

Metrics & Optimization

  • Develop and track marketing KPIs to measure campaign performance and ROI across channels.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and continuously improve programs.
  • Partner with Sales on lead management, funnel metrics, and campaign alignment.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8–10 years in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least 2+ years leading demand generation/field marketing.
  • Strong track record executing ABM campaigns and sales-aligned engagement programs.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver content, from blogs, videos, and webinars to sales toolkits.
  • Experience crafting compelling and effective value propositions and brand messaging
  • High-energy, self-motivated individual who excels in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Experience managing multiple agencies and vendors with a clear, results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and reporting tools—preferably HubSpot.
  • Previous experience using technologies such as WordPress, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills
